Relational Mapping Toolkit

We built the Relational Mapping Toolkit for rapid, collaborative social network mapping and analysis.

We run workshops with communities of practice and intention, taking them through a simple question set. Their answers generate node maps in real-time, and within 30 mins, the map is made.

It harnesses the collective intelligence of the community whilst making the community visible to itself- essential for community building, whilst also understanding how to facilitate the flow or resources, knowledge and power through the network.

The Toolkit is currently being used by creative R&D funders in the South West, coordinators of childrens services in wales, and academic communities around the country.

For more information, go to our dedicated Relational Mapping Toolkit site.

Demo Map

This is a small map, with fictional data, of a creative R&D community. It is shown here without our usual filter boxes, so you can’t hide or sort groups of nodes, but you can zoom in and pull nodes around to see how interactive these maps are.
